The Problem With Crossing My Arms (In Church)

I love to cross my arms. I’m not sure what it is, but it makes me feel comfortable. It seems so awkward to just leaving my arms hang down. I’ve never really noticed a problem with this until recently. I attend church every single Sunday usually (and not just because I am a pastor’s wife.😉)

Confessions From An Introvert

I have a confession to make, I am an introvert. Not that there is anything wrong with it. It’s part of who I am. What can be wrong about it though is that I tend to use it as an excuse to cover up something I fear: rejection. Particularly in relationships. I’m not exactly sure
